General Terms
- Variation in shade and texture is inherent to ceramic, porcelain, marble, and other natural stone tiles.
- Use constitutes acceptance. Please inspect all materials upon receipt and prior to installation.
- No adjustments or allowances will be made after installation.
- Returns are accepted with a 15% handling charge within 30 days of purchase.
- All returned items must be in full, unopened cartons and in good condition.
- Returns are not accepted on marble, natural stone, glass products, Special Orders, or Clearance items.
Product Information
- While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications, slight variations may occur.
- Tile colors and textures may appear differently on screens; we recommend ordering samples for accurate representation.
- Please review your order confirmation and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect. The sooner an issue is addressed, the easier it will be to resolve.
